Looking at Your Intent Every Time

I know I have brought this up in previous modules but I wanted to touch on this again as you are wrapping up the course.

YOUR INTENT CONTROLS YOUR MIND.

This is not only a hack for meditation but also for life. There are countless expressions about positive mindset or manifestation or even the words you tell yourself on a day-to-day basis. BUT! this becomes doubly important once you turn down the static within your mind and those words are much clearer and louder. If you are not doing a guided meditation, take the time to review your intent, why you’re there and what you want to accomplish. It’s even a good habit to set an intent on a guided meditation before you begin. It’s a great double check to read the description to make sure you picked the right one, but it also reinforces what you want to accomplish. With the one of mine that you have been using for this course, as you become more familiar with the meditation and where it’s going, maybe you want to focus on a certain part or look at something a little different. This all can be set with intent before you begin.

Remember. The higher respect and input you show your practice and yourself the more you will get out of it.
