Physical Trauma

Physical trauma can be one of the easier ones to understand because there’s not a lot of background work that needs to be done or teaching. The injury or problem is usually straightforward, and it is usually caused by an outside source. You as the Healer are providing either an acceleration in the healing process or substituting your healing process for theirs. Now although this can be easier to understand, trauma and physical changes in the body are more difficult than disease or energy, so you may require a longer session with a person or be asked to stay hands-on longer because more energy or light is required to heal.
I also include under physical trauma: sore muscles, some very specific causes of aging like arthritis or even wear and tear on our joints because in a way it’s all physical damage to the body. When you become comfortable with the physical side of things it is even possible to adjust somebody’s spine merely by placing your hands on either side of a person’s head lightly. The benefits to this are you get the same result without the actual trauma of manipulating the spine through traditional methods.
