Different Types of Healing

Types
These include:
Excessive energy buildup
Energy starvation
Unintentional Self-inflicted problems
Intentional Self-inflicted problems
Physical trauma
Emotional trauma
Guilt and grief
Disease and unrest within the body
Now some of these can have tendrils into others because unless you’re willing to look at somebody’s problem honestly and fully into the context of where it’s coming from, no one problem other than maybe physical trauma is simple. As I said above, these are just some simple categories that I use because I think each one of these should be approached a little bit differently.
The type of healing is also an important thing to brush up on. There are a few different categories that I personally look at to see where somebody may fall in before I begin to heal.
