Now this one particular area can be a lot of fun when I’m working with somebody that is newly acquainted with their gifts. I love to see everybody’s imagination and their different results when googling what shielding is and what is speaking to them. Some of the more common ones found on the internet are bubbles, suits of armor, using the angels, crystals, rooms made of metal or other impervious materials, permissions, self-defense lasers or spirit animals. Trust me that list is much bigger than that and in truth if you understand the mechanics of how shielding works, the “bridge” or “story” doesn’t really matter, it’s just offering you a symbolic macro to give direction to your team. Another lesson we’ve learned about is the connection and how it actually works is that it goes from you to your team to their team to them. Therefore, both people have the opportunity through their team, to block or shield from any kind of connection.
