Welcome to Mindfully Minding my business! These weekly sessions are intended to provide a safe space to unwind from your week through the use of mindful practice! We will engage in mini meditations, simple breathing/ grounding exercises, and reflect on common themes in the world as we know it. Whether you are a seasoned pro or looking to cultivate more mindfulness into your daily routine; all are encouraged to share in this space and time together!
