This is probably one of the most difficult skills to learn if you’re not stepping into self-doubt. Once you open up that line of communication with your team at that moment there can be a complex stream of information that flows back and forth. Some of it is relevant to your current situation and some of it may have become obsolete.  This becomes a very important step for you to be able to audit that kind of wisdom and advice to find what works best for you. Remember when it comes to you and your team you are the captain of the ship, you are the one that possesses free will, and you will have to decide what you want to incorporate into your life. What worked for you in a past life may not work for you in the current life or maybe not just at this stage. And that is perfectly okay. You are well within your rights to make those decisions and you should audit that regularly.
