Today we’re going to be switching the supplied meditation to an escalation version of it, just keep in mind that the start of the new meditation will be the same. Now we’re going to push into our thoughts within meditation to receive that same guidance and use the tool that we learned in lab number one as backup or as a way to ground ourselves if we get going too fast before things get away from us. After you complete this section, I would like you to pause this course and do the new meditation daily for the next week before you finish off the last section called “Putting It Together”.
