How do we Distinguish it from Thought?

If done properly, once you move internally to receive that communication, this is done at a slow pace so you can learn what you can conceptually think of as the tone difference between your own thought and guidance from your team. Many times, when people rush into this, they miss a step of understanding the sound of a friend’s voice so to speak. Think about all the people that you know today. Oh, you would probably be able to pick out any of your friends’ voices and distinguish them from each other simply by the tone and the cadence of their speech. This will become no different for you within your mind if the time is taken to slow down and learn the difference. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand this can be very exciting and there will be the pull to go as fast and learn as much as you possibly can. However, in this case, I would urge caution and patience because I want you to be able to move into this as solidly as possible. As you continue with the second lab, I want you to pay attention to the cadence of the thoughts and look for personality differences in the way that they’re presented. Not all of your guidance comes to you the same, it’s almost like each time it is being presented from a different person. 😉
